We’re David and Tansu, married co-founders of Viva La Boba.

We opened in 2019 because we wanted really good boba close to home, and a place where anyone could walk in and feel like they belonged :)

We care a loooot about what goes in your cup. We use real milk and heavy cream, tea leaves and real fruit syrups imported from Thailand + Taiwan, and coffee from a local small roaster. Our vegan cookies are baked fresh every week in a local home kitchen.

The community part matters just as much to us. We’ve spent years building relationships across San Bernardino, Redlands, and the rest of the IE, hanging work from local artists, hosting events, and showing up for the incredible local community that's often overlooked for larger cities like LA. We are SO proud to be from and in the 909!
